Wow, has this summer been going sooooooo fast. It seems like the kids just got out of school and now we only have two more weeks of summer. What’s up with that?
We have had a good summer. The ministry definitely slows down during the summer months and without us having the longer tours, it allows us to have some really nice family time. We were very blessed to have just spent a few days on the beach in Ocean City, NJ. We didn’t take any calls, have anywhere that we had to be, we had no agenda and no performances to do for four days and it was GREAT!!!!! It was just time to focus on our family. It was a great blessing.
Now that the summer is starting to come to a close, things will start kicking into high gear here in the office and on the road and that’s good cause things are getting tight now on the financial side of things. As always, I ask you all to pray for this ministry as we deliver God’s love through the trumpet. Pray that God will give us a freshness, pray He will give us the energy, endurance and constant desire to serve all the people we come in contact with. Pray that we will be more effective then we ever have been with the Gospel and pray that God will continue to meet our needs that we will have nothing distracting us from doing what we have been called to do.
